Patrick a travaillé pendant 12 ans au sein du groupe Carrefour, tout d'abord comme Chef de produits Carrefour en boissons sans alcool, puis acheteur de marques nationales vins et spiritueux.

Il est directeur de la Distillerie des Moisans (Cognac) depuis 1999.

Patrick a une parfaite connaissance des procédés d'embouteillage du vin. Il est diplômé en Biologie.

Purchasing and Production Director

Patrick spent 12 years with the French retailer Carrefour Group, moving progressively from Product Manager of non-alcoholic beverages to purchasing of French branded wines and spirits.

He has been Managing Director of the Distillerie des Moisans (Cognac) since 1999.

Patrick has an intimate knowledge of production and supply chain issues in the wine and spirits industry. He holds an undergraduate degree in Biology.
